1. Services Provided

Clove Hill Collective provides consulting, tech, and AI assessment services for MedSpas and wellness businesses.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

Clove Hill Collective operates a mobile messaging program to provide updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers to clients who have explicitly opted-in.

• User Opt-In: By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Clove Hill Collective. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our long code or the number from which you received a message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

• Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to members@clovehillcollective.com.

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.

3. Eligibility and Age Restriction

By opting into the Clove Hill Collective mobile messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Our services and SMS messaging program are intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Program by anyone under 18 is unauthorized and in violation of these Terms.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our use of your personal information, including mobile information, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Mobile Information Disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability
